Responsibilities

• Frontend development of websites and other digital assets, in line with specific briefs and technical requirements
• Ability to translate UI/UX design wireframes to code that will produce visual elements of the application
• Work closely with the development team to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation
• The build and delivery of technical solutions on various technologies that meet the design and functional requirements
• Development of required documentation and code for project deliverables
• Staying up to date and improving your skills in line with current technology
• Code Reviews/QA/testing of deliverables
• Regular contribution to the components library

Skills & Experiences

• Proficient with standard design tools, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch etc
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, JSON
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of app frameworks like Vue, Angular and ReactJS (Vue and Angular preferred)
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them, including limitations in AMP pages and email templates
• Experience developing component-driven sites for use in CMS platforms including WordPress
• Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL, desirable
• Sound understanding of information architecture: wireframes, mud maps, node diagrams
• Experience in agency environments and exposure to a range of projects
• Extremely high-attention to detail
